Sean's Biography

Sean is a transactional attorney who advises business owners, families, and professional athletes on wealth/estate planning, corporate law, succession planning, tax, and the administration of probate estates, trusts, guardianships, and conservatorships. 

Sean joined Scullen Law as a member in 2022, after starting his career as an associate attorney with Strobl Sharp PLLC.

Sean received his law degree (Juris Doctor) from Penn State Law in 2021, where he graduated cum laude with a concentration in corporate law and practice. During law school, he gained invaluable experience as a two-year member of the Penn State Entrepreneur Assistance Clinic. 

Sean received his undergraduate degree in Economics from Cornell University in 2018, where he was a Varsity letterman in Ivy League Football as a starting safety and outside linebacker. 

Sean lives in Beverly Hills, MI with his wife, Sarah, and enjoys staying active through weight lifting, running, basketball, and spending time with their dogs, Delilah and Willow. He also monitors the business of collegiate and professional sports and is a Detroit sports enthusiast.
